"WHAT'S FOR DINNER"- Features New Salad!

Though my husband and I like fish , I can hardly get our children to eat it! If the fish sticks are re-e-ally crunchy, they'll try them:) Here's a fish recipe I particularly enjoy!

My Favorite Salad

1.) *Start with Romaine Lettuce (or Dole Classic Romaine Salad) *Lemon Juice (1 whole lemon squeezed for 1 bag of Dole Classic Romaine Salad or 5 Romaine leaves )
*1/4 cup of olive oil
* pinch of salt
*your favorite fish - grilled
*fresh romano cheese (or grated romano or parmesan cheese)
*1/4 cup of chick peas

2.) Place your salad on a plate.
3.) Mix lemon juice , olive oil and salt in a bowl or cup.
4.) Pour lemon mixture over your salad.
5.) Grate cheese over salad (or sprinkle your already grated cheese).
6.) Add chick peas.
7.) Break or cut grilled fish into pieces and add to your salad.
8.) Toss and enjoy!

Variations: Use chicken or steak or only peas instead of fish.
If you'd rather not toss your fish (or variation) into the salad, toss salad and place fish on top.
